Dyax has an entered into multiple funded research collaborations that include some of the following:

AstraZeneca
Dyax to discover human antibodies to an AstraZeneca neurological and metabolic disease target.

Baxter
Dyax discovered human antibodies that block MIF, a cytokine involved in immune, infectious, and malignant disorders.

Biogen-Idec
Dyax is identifying and characterizing therapeutic and/or diagnostic antibodies against up to 30 Biogen-Idec protein targets per year.

Bracco
Dyax has discovered peptide and antibody binders for commercialization to be used as in vivo imaging agents.

Glenmark
Dyax is performing multiple funded research campaigns to discover antibodies for therapeutic and diagnostic use.

Merrimack
Dyax is performing multiple funded research campaigns to discover antibodies for therapeutic and diagnostic use.

Trubion
Dyax is discovering proteins for Trubion’s SMIP technology platform.

Serono
Dyax is performing multiple funded research campaigns to discover antibodies for therapeutic and diagnostic use.

Wyeth
Dyax has performed multiple campaigns to discover peptide affinity ligands to multiple therapeutic leads. Affinity ligands to Wyeth’s ReFacto AF therapeutic program are currently in Phase 3 testing.

Dyax enables its collaborators by performing funded research to discover therapeutic leads to a collaborator’s disease target. We couple our world class technology with state-of-the-art automation to screen thousands of clones from our proprietary antibody, peptide, or protein phage display libraries and generate highly specific and potent leads in just a few months. With over 12 years experience, and facilities in the United States and Europe, we provide our clients with superior capabilities and the highest chance of success. The aim of our funded R&D work is to identify qualified leads that our collaborators elect to rapidly move forward into development and commercialization.

Dyax has generated funded research collaborations with some of the leading biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in the industry (including AstraZeneca, Biogen-Idec, Pfizer, and Serono), as well as some developing companies of the industry (Trubion, Merrimack, EPIX, and Glenmark). We are open to a variety of collaboration structures with strategic partners.
