Amgen:
Dyax has granted Amgen access to its antibody and peptide libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development. Amgen has 2 peptides and 1 antibody from Dyax’s libraries in clinical trials.

AstraZeneca
Dyax and AstraZeneca have an active antibody library license agreement.

Biogen-Idec
Dyax has granted Biogen-Idec access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development.

Genzyme
Dyax has granted Genzyme access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development.

ICOS
Dyax has granted ICOS access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development.

ImClone
Dyax has granted ImClone access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development. ImClone has 3 antibodies from Dyax’s libraries in clinical trials.

Merck KGaA
Dyax has granted Merck KgA access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development.

Serono
Dyax has granted Serono access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development.

Tanox
Dyax has granted Tanox access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development.

Zenyth
Dyax has granted Zenyth access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development.

ZymoGenetics
Dyax has granted ZymoGenetics access to its antibody libraries for internal research and therapeutic/diagnostic product development.

Library Licensing

Dyax transfers its state-of-the-art antibody, peptide, and protein phage display libraries to collaborators for internal drug discovery. We couple our world class technology with highly focused training and alliance management to enable clients to efficiently and rapidly integrate our technology. The aim of our library licensing program is to allow clients to identify novel, high quality leads that can be moved rapidly into development and ultimately commercialization.

Dyax has generated library license collaborations with some of the leading biotech/pharma companies in the industry (including Amgen, Biogen-Idec, Genzyme, ImClone, MedImmune, and Serono).
